Through specific poses and sequences you will build strength, stamina and flexibility while also finding a deep sense of relaxation, calm and focus. Prenatal yoga also provides a safe and sacred space to connect to your baby on a physical, emotional and spiritual level.

  • Prices for one-hour private in-home yoga sessions (up to 2 people) start at $75.
  • Small groups of 3 or more start at $125 (Can be split between the members of the group)
  • Travel fees may apply.
